Christ's own words from Matthew 25:37-40 perfectly describe how we serve
Christ through pastoral care:
"The righteous will answer him, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?' The King will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.'"
The mission of the Pastoral Care Ministry at All Saints is to provide quality, timely, and professional pastoral care services in an intimate and confidential environment, modeled on the life and ministry of Christ.
The clergy at All Saints provide pastoral care to all parishioners, especially in times of grief, illness and crisis. We believe that pastoral care is a shared ministry between clergy and laity. It is an integral function of the parish to offer spiritual and emotional support in time of need, be it a single crisis or an ongoing need for pastoral services.
The key to pastoral care at All Saints is a team made up of the clergy and lay members. They work together to see that people receive visits and flowers and prayers in times of need and times of celebration. We encourage you to let us know when an illness, death, transition or joyful events, like a baby's birth, occur in your life.
In times of illness and hospitalization, upon the birth of your child or grandchild, to add a name to our Sunday Prayer List, or for any other reason, please call Judee Fontaine at 407-647-3413. Judee will distribute the information to the clergy who will respond and contact you.
A death in the family can be reported to any of the clergy, at any time. The Rector and clergy staff will assist with funeral/memorial plans.

The Pastoral Care Ministries
Fr. Russell is the assistant priest for Pastoral Care Ministries. Among his essential functions is to oversee the lay ministries of pastoral care and to be a resource for training and coordinating the pastoral care team. Some of our current ministries are described below:
Bloodmobile
All Saints Church maintains a blood bank for members. Twice a year the Central Florida Blood Center brings their Bloodmobile to All Saints so parishioners can donate their blood and receive a free "mini" physical and cholesterol test. Be sure to contact Pastoral Care if you or a member of your family needs blood.
Cares Away Cookies
Once a year homemade cookies are mailed to members who are away at school or with the military. Parishioners bake, wrap and pack cookies to mail. If cookies should be sent to someone in your family, please contact Pastoral Care with their names and addresses.
Coalition for the Homeless
Shop, prepare, deliver, and/or serve an evening meal on the third Tuesday of each month. Servers travel together by our church bus to downtown Orlando to provide a meal to approximately 225 homeless men, women and children. Join us in the church parking lot on the 3rd Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. or meet us there (639 W. Central Boulevard).
Daughters of the King
Women who participate in special training for and who are devoted to intercessory prayer, service and evangelism. Click here for the Daughters of the King web pages.
Flower Link
Teams including men and women arrange and/or deliver flowers to shut-ins and hospital patients each week.
Hospital/Shut in Callers
Callers visit with and pray with parishioners who are in hospitals, nursing homes or health care facilities or who are homebound.
All Saints Knitters

We meet at 11 am in the Bride’s Parlor every Wednesday. Please join us. We would love to have you.
Meals Ministry
Volunteers can help to provide meals to parishioners who are in need of temporary assistance because of illness, injury, or other need.
Medical Equipment Loans
Pastoral Care maintains an inventory of durable medical equipment for people to borrow. Items such as walkers, wheelchairs, portable commodes, canes, shower chairs, crutches, etc. are available to our parishioners and those from the community when they are on hand.
Stephen Ministry
Specially trained Lay persons provide distinctively Christian one-to-one care to another within our parish as well as in the community who is facing especially challenging times in his or her life.
St. Francis Guild
This ministry consists of four teams of women who assist with coordinating a reception following a funeral service.
If you are in need of or would be interested in participating with us in one or more of these ministries, please e-mail or call Fr. Russell Wohlever at 407-647-3413.
