All Saints Church is known for the quality of its music, and through the All Saints Choir Club, we give our children the gift of a lifelong love of singing!
Choir Club will now meet on Wednesdays starting at 4:00 p.m. with flexible pickup time between 5:30 and 6:00. This gives you a little extra time if you're coming from a school with a shortened Wednesday schedule, and also allows you to plan to pick up your child and eat together at our wonderful All Saints Wednesday family dinners which begin at 5:45. We'll be singing fresh, new music this year, and of course, continue with our wonderful, internationally-recognized Royal School of Church Music curriculum for our 3rd through 6th graders. Our Alleluia Choirs (1st and 2nd graders) will develop their music skills through song and games, have rehearsal time each week with Mr. Smith, and fellowship/teaching time with Fr. Stephen and our other great teachers!
We are very happy to introduce Mr. Tim Smith, our new Choirmaster/Organist, who will be the director for all the Children's Choirs! Our children's choir couldn't be in better hands! Mr. Smith has had an impressive career in the state of Texas, and has been involved in the national Royal School of Church Music summer programs. In my job as Choir Club Coordinator, I will plan the overall curriculum schedule, teach music classes, keep you informed of everything you need to know about Choir Club, and coordinate special events such as our Christmas Eve Pageant. Our Choir Club team will also feature Fr. Stephen with his ability to make the Church and its liturgy come alive, Dolly Dunnam, our incredible Children's Ministries Coordinator, and of course our wonderful volunteer teachers! We're all here to make sure your child has a great experience as we sing God's praises together.
